Currently, the lodge has an ongoing profitable holiday let business, with future bookings in place for the new owners to continue if desired.
This year’s turnover from April stands at £15,000, (this includes 20 weeks private use).
We currently choose to rent the lodge from April to October, tending to use the lodge ourselves one or two weekends a month, plus a couple of weeks during the rental season. We opt to leave November through to April for our own use.
The standard rental season is 10 months (March through to December), although for a charge, approximately £400 you can rent/use the property for 12 months.
The lodge comes fully furnished to offer an ideal 'ready to go' commercial venture.
We have been awarded Certificate of Excellence in both 2018 and 2019 by Trip Adviser / Holiday Lettings.
Current ground rent and rates are £6100 per year, payable in monthly instalments or a one-off payment.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is situated on the southern outskirts of Tattershall, approximately 10 miles south of the market town of Horncastle and beyond which are the Lincolnshire Wolds. The city of Lincoln can be found 21 miles to the west and Skegness is 26 miles to the east.
The site is situated within a woodland setting with a series of lakes which offer water sports and fishing. On site there is also a range of facilities including restaurants and bars.
